Negative campaigning?

with one comment

Gummo at LP notes that the ALP has started running ads linking Ted Ballieu to the Kennett Years. So this is the ALP’s idea of negative campaigning? Reminding voters that the dripping wet ‘Red Ted’ – who doesn’t even have the backbone to challenge the Victorian anti-blasphemy law and thinks free public transport for private school kids and uni students is a great idea – had some past association with a real Liberal reformer? As Andrew Landeryou would say, ‘Game on’.

  1. Yes, well, you’d hope so. But, I think Bracks is going to die in office of old age. The state liberals have done no ground work, or preparation for the election. They seem to be hoping that if they rock up on the day that they might win.
